The Ocean | 1 West Street

The Ocean Residences is home to 490 apartments and was converted from an office building into rental apartments in 2001. In it's office heyday, 1 West Street hailed as the tallest office building in Lower Manhattan. The skyline around it has quickly changed that status but it is still a gem located right at the opening of Battery Park.
